In order for your exchange to take place, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn and without any wear.
In the event that you wish to change or return a product and you return the products to us, on your own initiative, without informing us beforehand, there will be an additional charge of €10, in the process of the change.
The costs of the exchange are €5.00
In case, for any reason, you need an exchange for a second time, the return costs amount to €6
For reasons of hygiene, exchanges to jewelry & accessories are not accepted.
THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT RECEIPT OF A PARCEL IF THE FOLLOWING REASONS OCCURS: A) the customer declares withdrawal and sends his parcel WITHOUT informing the company beforehand, B) if the customer charges our company with costs (shipment or courier) in case of order cancellation.
You also have the right to return the products you purchased to us within 14 days from the date of receipt with the same courier company that delivered them to you if the following reasons apply:
- The product is different from the one you ordered.
- The product has a defect that you discovered when you opened its package.
In this case, please inform us immediately.
In the above two cases, the return costs are borne by our company.
